A full conversion of a multi-unit building into a single-family five-story residence. The design establishes a clear vertical hierarchy with distinct programmatic zones including guest suite, family spaces, private bedrooms, and recreational areas. A full curtain wall system introduces light from garden level through the upper floors.

Custom millwork, furniture, and finishes define each level, with an emphasis on craftsmanship and continuity. Architectural interventions were paired with soft layering through textiles, wallpaper, and art.
