Marblehead Neck

Set on the harbor in Marblehead Neck, this 7,000 square foot waterfront new build—with a 1,200 square foot guest cottage and pool—was designed as a balance of modern restraint and layered warmth. Shaped by the challenges of a long, narrow coastal lot and historic zoning constraints, the home was carefully planned to capture expansive water views while maintaining a quiet sense of intimacy.

Our scope included the full interior layout, custom millwork design, furnishings and finishes throughout, along with ongoing project management and collaboration with the broader project team to carry the client’s vision through every phase. Extensive custom millwork included the kitchen, a concealed entertaining bar, integrated storage solutions, seven bathrooms, custom stair detailing with a curved handrail, and dramatic fireplace surrounds. Thoughtful moments of texture and detail—from the wallpapered mudroom ceiling to the sweeping drapery in the great room and primary suite—bring softness and character to the home’s clean architectural lines.
