Upper West Side 8

A 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath high-rise residence completed under an accelerated six-month move-in timeline for a returning client. Full project management and oversight of NYC construction teams guided a comprehensive transformation of a white-box apartment into a richly layered home defined by custom millwork, sculptural lighting design, and bespoke finishes. Dropped ceilings were integrated to accommodate lighting infrastructure, while wallpaper, plaster, and tailored window treatments softened architectural constraints.

The project also included full art curation and installation for an extensive collection, carefully cataloged and positioned throughout the residence. A curated mix of vintage and custom furnishings—sourced through NYC antique dealers and local workrooms—brings depth and personality to the interiors.
