You
like us, we like you, that’s why we’re working together
but all good relationships need boundaries. Please review our terms
of service. Should we begin a professional relationship, we will
ask you to sign off on this document. Like all agreements, it cannot
be modified without each party written consent.
For the initial visit, the client is charged $125 for the designer's
time. During this visit, litmeasurements needs
and budget
are
discussed and a project scope is set. Provided
the client meets the
minimum purchase requirement within the time frame set forth,
the fee for the initial visit will be credited toward purchases.
Service
start is defined as the 1st meeting between a Koo de Kir representative
and the customer.
Minimum
purchase required of $8000 within 45 days of service start.
Based
on the initial meeting, a Design Associate will assemble a variety
of options from our repertoire of vendors, designers and manufacturers.
Additionally, we will make suggestions for wall color and furniture
placement.
Following
the initial meeting the client will provide Koo de Kir with a guarantee
of purchase before additional work is completed. We require a non-refundab;e
deposit of $800 at the end of the first meeting against the required
purchase
amount of $8000 along with a credit card number on file for
subsequent purchases.
While
we strive to please you on the first pass, we commit to one
presentation followed by at two revised presentation as needed.
Additional time, research, drafting or work beyond that is
billed at the rates below.
Fabrics
are sold at Designer Net (wholesale) plus 40%. Any fabric workroom
services or upholstery services are sold at Designer Net (wholesale)
plus 25%. All furniture and accessory purchases are sold at
retail. Single purchases greater than $30,000 are sold at retail
less 10%, single purchases above $30,000 are sold at retail
list less 15%.
This
service is not meant for bathroom, kitchen or cabinetry planning.
It is a free service we provide to clients seeking to incorporate
our products into their homes but who need assistance implementing
the changes. We will not work with contractors under this agreement
nor will we provide custom design services such as furniture,
drapery, window treatments and lighting design.
Once
all items are received, a final visit to assess placement and
remaining needs is included in the complimentary service if
desired.
